Draft Pick pre-select is becoming useless

Either people don't pick a champion at all, or they pick one they have no intention of using. Fear of troll bans by your own teammates is the problem.

Solutions:

Don't allow your own teammates to ban a pre-selected champion.
Remove the pre-select option entirely to save the wasted time and chance of dodges.

Why do people like this? Trolls abuse it, and no one uses it as intended anymore.

Yes to #2, absolutely not to #1. That gives the troll some power...like "hmmm I have last pick top and no way in hell will I get Mundo if he goes unbanned, but Im gonna pre-pick him so you can't ban him tollolololol"

I like it and have only gotten like 3 trolls in all of season 6. You must be having bad luck

I'm currently queueing up, and only 2 people preselected, the rest are blank. No troll ban this time though.
