Runes

So, I just found some runes that I didn't want (I think I got it when I was combing runes when we still were able to), and I can't return it, and I got a good idea which wouldn't cost Rito anything in the long run.

What if if we didn't like the runes we wanted, or accidentally got the wrong runes, we can trade them for runes of equal value or less? This could also stack up, meaning if we had 2 runes worth 205 you could trade hem for 1 rune worth 410 or for another 2 runes worth 205. This would allow us to clear up the amount of runes we have, and since there isn't a loss in IP, Rito won't be losing anything.

This would also allow us to remove any Tier 1 or 2 runes that we don't want and get the runes we want from a higher tier.
