[CLIENT] Editing runes bug

Hi,

I just found a bug where when I go to edit my rune pages in champ select, it defaults to my first page (even when it shows another page being selected). It also takes several seconds for it to load (upwards of at least 3-4 seconds), and my latest attempt in editing my rune page in champ select resulted in me getting queue blocked, even though I already had a champ selected. (In this case, I hadn't locked it in. I had simply selected Cho'gath and was going to lock it in after editing my rune page, but I got sent out of champ select because I had "not selected a champ" or something. The client hadn't even locked in Cho'gath at the end of the timer like it usually does either, which is all the more confusing)
