Should Warwick chase Singed?

50% joke 50% serious here.

Warwick is probably one of the fastest champions in the game with the update, and thus can reliably chase Singed. Warwick's ultimate dash can't be interrupted by CC, so if Warwick doesn't miss, he won't be flinged away mid dash. Even with Singed's massive MS, he probably won't be able to sidestep Warwick's ultimate reliably. Warwick may get low from walking in the poison trail, but his ultimate will bring his HP pretty high after catching up, and if he's still low he can use his passive and Q for sustain.
