Taric Scaling
Hey gonna make taric E and R scale with like 10-20% armor.
Kinda dumb it scales with AP, his Q fine, but the rest is dumb.
Also gonna update him visually.

He already has a full rework planned and coming out in a month or two.
Bit late to be suggesting these changes (though they aren't that good anyways).
That wouldn't do anything to fix Taric.
Remove the point and click stun and then you're suddenly able to give taric buffs across all his skills. I like the aura component of his skills since most items that provide that have been removed. Would be cool if shatter or radiance also made gems pop up out of the ground around him knocking people up or backwards.
At any rate Riot is in the process of reworking him so we shall see what they come up with.

Are you part of Riot's balance team? I assume not so I'll just explain why this is a bad idea:
Implementing these changes would make Taric even more of a niche champion. Implementing these changes would force Taric to rush armor and would push him out of his traditional support role. As much as I love making Riven mains cry, this wouldn't be a wise move for the health of the game. Taric is a sustain/kill laner. Improving his E to deal actual damage would give him a major improvement to his poke deficiency which would negate his weakness thus imbalancing him as a champion. He would be an extraordinarily safe laner with a strong point and click spell which comes with a hard form of CC attached to it. And Taric's ultimate is a steroid ability. You don't use it for the AOE damage it brings, you use it for its statistic modifiers. It allows Taric to tower dive with ease, heal up stronger and empower all his other abilities to hit harder and shred more. Doing this would streamline Taric players into rushing armor items only and neglect sheen, a core item in his kit. Frozen gauntlet will be passed over for thorn mail or frozen heart which are great items but don't have the utility that frozen gauntlet brings.
Besides I am getting a rework very shortly. My truly fabulous potential will unlocked and I can bedazzle whomever I please on the rift. But I reserve my brightest and most magnificent pair of gems for Ezreal.
