sp4416 votesNeeds a third option there, while I am mostly happy with the reworks and new items. I raise an eyebrow in regard to some LCS darlings getting buffed on top of Armor items getting some rather significant nerfs. I am also not at all happy with the Mordekaiser changes, and if I do play with him, I will only solo lane or jungle with him, because I refuse to take part in this dumb experiment.

sp4412 votesVeigar wasn't really a rework, just a massive nerf with a few compensation buffs so that he wouldn't be completely dumpstered, Fiora just needs some number tweaks to get back to the top, and Sion's problem wasn't the rework, that was great, the problem is that he was savagely nerfed this year.
As far as Reworks go, I think the Juggernaut reworks on PBE perfectly encapsulate how they do it: 25% of the time they nail it, 25% of the time they almost hit it but need some number tweaks to get there, 25% are somewhat questionable but may end up turning for the better as players gather more experience, and 25% they just fuck up.

a moment to prove to you that; CHANGE, IS GOOD! We need as many reworks as possible in order to keep the interest of the people during gameplay while not deterring that from the league player base! Imagine if League of Legends becomes like Diablo 2 where people will only be interested in hacking the game rather then the actual PVP...
