Preseason Marksmen Changes: Please Look at Varus' Passive?

Not excited about Jinx's preseason changes to her passive. It feels to me like they are giving her a more useful form of Varus' passive.

For the sake of all Varus players, can we not get a more interesting/useful passive? I mean his current one DOES have its useful situations, but they are far and few between. I know it has been discussed to swap his blight stacks and his passive, but rito already said they wouldnt want to do that because they dont want him to be another on-demand steroid adc like a lot of the others.

A couple of ideas I came up with (note that these are all general ideas and obvious numbers and fine tuning / adjustments would be necessary):

  1. Killing a unit/champion or assisting in a kill of a champion gives Varus a stackable(?) buff that caps at x stacks and lasts for x seconds. Each stack of this buff causes Varus' auto attacks to apply an additional stack of blight to his targets and increases the maximum amount of stacks of blight that can be applied by x.

  2. Killing a unit/champion gives a stackable buff that caps at x stacks. Varus's next ability will consume all stacks and deal bonus damage to (the first/any/all?) champions as if they were afflicted by blight equal to the number of stacks consumed.

  3. Varus' abilities desecrate the ground they pass/touch for x seconds. Healing/regen of enemy champions on desecrated ground is reduced by xx% and Varus deals xx% increased damage to them as long as they remain on the desecrated ground.

Make his auto-attacks pop Blight on the fourth auto-attack when he's in 'Just Murdered a Champion' mode. So if the target has three stacks of Blight on them, the next auto resets the pile back to one and deals Blight damage. I think that would fit nicely with his whole Living Vengance theme.

how does his current passive have to deal with vengeance? I never understood it.

They should make BOTH abilities and auto attacks proc Blight but if you Auto on the last proc you'd have to use an abilities to pop it since the last things you used to apply it was an ability / if you used an ability on the last proc you'd have to use an auto to proc it.
