I need a new Champion to play

I am a top lane main (jg secondary) and main Riven and also play Renekton and Darius if she's taken or if I'm playing against a tank or something like that. The issues is that all these champions struggle against range matchups like teemo etc, so I was wondering if anyone could suggest Chanpions that I could play that did well into range champions.

Criteria:

Does well into range
Low mana costs
Isn't a tank
Deals/scales off of Ad preferably

Nasus/Irelia. Teemo is a problem until around 100 stacks and then he just becomes a stack. Irelia has a fun dash/stun to work against ranged.

Camille Perfect champ for you. She is my favourite champ in the game and favourite top laner to play outside Rumble, so fucking fun and is amazing against range. Has really low mana costs too and snowballs hard.
