Not because he's OP, because if someone on your team picks him, you're probably going to lose.

I came into this mode wanting Riot to not try to balance it much (Heal Embargo and Shield overload were needed, though), but Bard just feel so lackluster; could his health pack cap be increased, at least?

I don't question the champ choices people make in urf I will mention in champ select that "xxx champ isnt fun to play" 10 mintues or so later they usually tell me "xxx isnt fun" lol told you so :O
