Seeing you are compensating pantheon for 8.2's minnion aggro changes (who has 53.5% wr) while still avoiding any comment on kassadin's bad state (47.5% wr) seems like a bad joke. At least talk to us your intentions. Been asking about him since 8.2 and i get litterally nothing from Riot.
