@RiotRepertoir Any plans on Kassadin ?

We think he is owed some buffs/tweaks since the lane aggro minion changes, regarding not his damage, but his (laning phase) relevance in the games. He no longer has tools of winning laning phase (Q), he becomes relevant (if going 50-50) at 23 minutes, avg game time in soloq is 25' and lastly his ad matchups are impossible after runes reforged + minnion aggro changes (+ talon/zed buffs in mr/dmg).

Kassadin has become a coinflip champion being irrelevant in most games, primarly because he lost his only tool of having some impact in the first 25 minutes of a game, his q. Forcing his opponents in a couple of early recalls, and being +30 cs (instead of -30), if played correctly, was a huge deal for good kassadin players in order to help stall games, scale a bit faster and actually impact the games. But now, Kassadin Players have no saying in most games bcs of that, and imo thats toxic.
