Why does riot think that darius is a healthy juggernaut?
Being able to do 1.1k true damage consecutively whilst gaining a 1.5k heal at the same time isnt something many would call "balanced".

0.75 seconds he can't do shit but waiting for the damage. During this time you can get out of it as a range, or run into him as a melee to not give him heal+bonus damage
he also has 0.9 base AS at lvl 18 and can't apply stacks with his Q.
