Countered her before the rework. Counters her after the rework.
Passive blocks hers, free poke, can shit out damage without fearing riposte, lest she sacrifice free damage to CS and now can scale with items to late game if he needs to.
I had a post all about it....
Basically what U want to do is to get the vital on your backside by resetting it. U san also bait out the w for a jungle gank. Also do not tower dive fiora and make sure u camp her hard in lane... better to duo queue with jg if you are a top lane player. Do not two v one fora if you are low cuz her ult will turn things around and she will get a double kill. MAKE SURE TO BAIT OUUT W CUZ HER W IS UP FOR LITERALLY 1/3 OF A SECOND. She is pretty strong..
P.S U can also learn her to see how she work so you can counter her... just saying.
