Missing BE

So.... After logging on for the first time since the patch the game tells me that I can claim a total of 23 K BE to add onto my already 13 K to make 36 K.

I clicked the Ok, Cool button and it didn't do anything. I Still only have 13 K

I also purchased rune page bundles years ago and the game told me that I was supposed to get an epic skin but it didn't show me which ones or if I got any at all.

Am I missing something here?

I did the same thing earlier today. Go play a game and it'll show up!
