I don't know what to do anymore

I'm stuck at silver 4 and I need ur advise to help me climb to gold before the season ends. I main adc but if I even get fed I can't carry my team due to people feel like they can choose a champ which they just purchased in rank. I look at their points through the loading screen. All I see is that the enemies choose their main. But my team all I see is 0 points and I knew that we lost. Why do they choose a champ which they have no experience with at rank. There IS NORMALS FOR A Reason. I stopped adc and I just played garen jngle in rank. Katarina and I Carried the game. We had to carry a kog who fed a veigar adc. Plus I don't understand that once you win a team fight if u have the chance to destroy the nexus why would you get baron. What's more important the nexus or baron. Once they get baron the enemy somehow win the match by my team engaging in a 3v5. They say that they have baron buff so that they can 3v5. I tell my team don't baron destroy nexus. What did I do to get a team like this. Pls help me. From now I on I'm maining garen jngle or voli since it helps me carry my team. I can't adc since my team just feeds. I win my lane with an amazing supp and an amazing jngle. My jngle says wait top I'm coming don't 1v1. My toplaner says it's fine I can beat him. An ally has been slain. I tell a rumble don't 1v1 a riven she has ignite. He 1v1 and he gets rekt and riven carries the game. I tell sivir to farm. She doesn't whilst vayne stays at bot pushes and farms and is 3 levels ahead. Pls help me.
