When can we get some Sona nerfs ?

Sona has been above 51.5% Winrate literally for the entirety of season 9 , so simple to play , can abuse Klepto in weak enemy early lanes. Isnt Weak early and is a late game Utility monster. Why does her Auto empowered Auto do 40% of someone's health at level 1? Her W has high Mana costs but , if you get to back one time you're pretty much set on mana from Manaflow band and just one of these items . I get that she can Scale and become a Lategame powerhouse , but seriously why the fuck hasn't she been touched not once in so long . The passive damage is what I have the biggest problem with , its ridiculous. And don't get me started when its a Lane.

If I have to play against that shit(Taric Sona) I'm either relying on my team to gank early , or if I don't have pick advantage into that I'm basically fucked on a good majority of supports and have to FF The lane and start coin if I'm playing an enchanter. It's actually fucking stupid
