Kleptomany is a completly faile rune! The only champions really using it are Ezreal, GP and Karma. Other champs who used to run kleptomany were varying with grasp and press the attack or are now running conquerer. And another thing! It is called Kleptomany, but you are not stealing anything! You are generating items and gold out of thing air!
