What happened to him is he gone forever or till the end of this event. Riot should tell us at the very least because they could lose some players over this.

Removing someone from play because of their pitiful excuse for lore is ridiculous. Just shows that it's truly amateur hour over there.
The only way this type of event would be interesting is if they rotated around and killed off different champs temporarily based on the player base achieving crap like if you guys join this faction and collect this many wolf paws then Riven is dead for a week! How annoying that would be but still more interesting than he's dead cause of lolore. That's laugh out loud cause it's garbo not league of legends.

Guys cmon.... You shouldn't be bashing really... I don't think you realize how much effort they put into this game, and at least they try to make it interesting with a back story... just play a long with it... its really a neat aspect/twist to throw in the mix.... Riot does a damn good job of keeping its fan base on their toes for the most part.... IMHO though..... GP will be back in some way shape or form.
