Illaoi: IDK where dunkmaster Illaoi is, but I do know that she gets bug fixes frequently.

Irelia: Primarily in "better nerf Irelia" memes.

Karthus: They literally just improved his spell buffering last patch.

Lissandra: Riot seems to remember her, given the buffs to her passive.

Malphite: I think you mean Yasuo's ~~only~~best friend.

Morde: More of a bug than K6. Seriously though, they're doing a full VGU for him eventually.

Illaoi Maybe because if they buffed her at this point most of top lane melees would proceed to almost entirely fall out of the game? Irelia I mean last time I checked she was terrifying back during the rage-blade meta. Karthus Didn't they make changes regarding his spell buffering or something recently? Lissandra Didn't they give her some small buffs recently? as well as look into a new passive? Malphite I mean I guess, but he still does okay depending on the matchup. He's not really broken but he's not really all that underpowered either. Nasus Didn't they make a major change to his ult within like, the last year? I think it was that they made his ult give resistances and not AD. Nunu I mean they literally made major passive changes to the dude a couple patches ago. (also the support nunu fiasco) Rammus Once again, I guess. But frankly I think the major problems he's faced has been more based on the armor-shred/lethality metas. Singed Meh. He's in a decent place, so why would he need changes? (also the smite singed support fiasco) Skarner Yeah tbh. TahmKench I mean. This dude was legit hated by 90% of the player base when he was strong. Maybe there's a reason why they don't want this dude getting too strong. Zilean Didn't he see some significant pro play last year? Can't say he's all that bad off if he did.
