Katarina already is in a bad spot [Yes, she is, if you stand on her daggers isn't the champion to be broken but you being silly], I'm quite concerned by these changes to the rune, she already has to make small trades, and her damage output went down further with a trade. I want still to remember you that she: Her passive has the whole damage of her kit her, almost, I would say a good 80%, balance the damage around her kit? [Q and E?] Has a Q that offers basically NO wave clear, it hits just 3 targets and it has a miserable damage until it gets rank5 where it does "meh" damage Her W has still a huge delay for an assassin her E is still a blink with a delay and a joke damage her R has a MASSIVE delay and I think the channelling time is even bugged, you can't ever hold an ult for its whole duration losing 3/4 of its damage
