I think there is still too much damage in the game

A few patches ago riot tried to tune down the damage in the game removing half damage from the electrocute but making it the double more spamm-able, and damage from other runes, I think that's not really the problem of the game. Because thinking about it, all the champions that are the moment are good and in META are the ones that can kill you with a spell rotation, or the ADC that put such a ridiculous amount of DPS to become burst damage (mostly because of item 3124 ) TBH to remove that damage that is toxic for the game I would remove the lethality stat from the game, item 3146, item 3124 (or reverting his passive to the old mini AoE damage) and rebalance the game around it

DH(Dark Harvest) is a rune that in the jungle rewards you for doing nothing at all, it just gives you damage for killing monsters and occasionally gank a lane, you don't even need to take an assist with it to have the soul dropped, at 150+ stacks it already starts to do an unnatural quantity of damage making easy to one shot squishies( on AD champions because of the combination with item 3147 | on AP champions because of the combination of item 1402 + item 3100 on some champions).

This point can be easily proved by the fact that people now a days have 10+ or more deaths. Couple seasons ago the usual number of deaths that people had was 6+ or more and anything above 10 was considered trolling or feeding.

Personally I agree with the boards user that made a post a while back, where he would rather have the Augment System from the Odyssey gamemode than have the current Rune System. Runes aren't that interesting because 70% of them is just bonus damage of some sort. The Augment System also added damage, but that can be removed and the Augment System could be used to enhance abilities themselves how they work instead of enhancing it's damage.

And the last thing, they need to nerf every item's stats, legit do a massive nerf update to all items, or just rework/replace the problematic items (Rageblade, Trinity Force, Black Cleaver, Stormrazor, Duskblade, Blade of the Ruined King, Essence Reaver, Infinity Edge, Thormail, etc...).

There would also need to be nerfs to penetration based items or there would need to be a change that would make all penetration items only ignore/penetrate BONUS Magic-Resistance/Armor.

This is what it would take to adjust damage to acceptable standards for starters.

For those that are reading this, and think that this would cause a Tank Meta, they can each be nerfed individually, to be made equal in terms of power.
