I've tried in all the ways to message a rioter, through the support they told me to come here, on twitter, in a month I didn't get a single reply and get I just want to get a straight answer, there is, or there is not a plan for Katarina? I just want to hear that straight because since her rework release she has been just nerfed, in a patch even the item 3146 was nerfed as an indirect nerf to her, now with the runes changed, from meh, she will become poop. Now I want to know, do you have any plan to reduce the HUGE delay that she has? You reverted: Lb, Fizz, Rengar because they people complained about them being to slow to assassinate but what about Kata? She is in a bad spot, most of the assassins match up are lost because she has to: -1. wait for 1,25 second for her W to drop(from the moment the skill is cast for the dagger to drop to the ground), -2. 1,75 seconds for her Q dagger to drop(from the moment the skill is cast for the dagger to drop to the ground), -3. 3 seconds for the channelling of her ultimate(it says 2.5 seconds but every time I time it, I get always results closer to the 3 seconds), -4. her E has an annoying cast time, on a frigging blink -5. Her whole damage is on the passive making it too easy to counter since you know, dagger on the ground = stay away from = deny her damage While assassins like Talon can engage you lvl 2 and get a kill in 1 friggin second, Fizz has 0 delays in his kit, and HE EVEN HAS 1 HARD CC AS AN ASSASSIN. Rengar and LB can straight kill you in a 0.01 seconds combo if they know how to do it. SO WHY KATA HAS TO BE THE SLOWEST ASSASSIN She has no CC, literally, she has to buy Gunblade to provide herself that slow that she NEEDS to hit all these slow Daggers-passive, she just offers damage, in a healthy way, since a CC destroys her combo. Can I suggest a rework/ partial revert/adjustment of the kit? Just like you did with Irelia, you would just need to cooperate with a Katarina otp/ main in high elo and this should do the trick. (KatEvolved, Flyerbek, Katlife, etc...) For the love of God, please I just want to return playing my beloved champion

Kat seems to be in a good spot right now having a roughly 50% win rate on all sites I look at. The rune nerfs might lower it, but they'll probably wait to see how the rune changes effect things before giving individual buffs and nerfs to champions. So just keep your head up and be on the lookout to see what happens after rune changes go into effect. :D

How exactly is she in a bad spot? Are you sure you and those you're seeing just aren't bad at her?

Katarina isn't an easy champ to play. Heck, she's harder now than she was before, actually.

She still burst like she did before, however now she relies on her dagger placement, at least in the early game. Heck, even in the late game if her daggers aren't landing close enough to her target, shunpo'ing to them can put her into a very bad spot depending on who she's against.

She's also seen played in plat and higher games. If she was bad to the point she needed to be reverted, she wouldn't see that kind of play.

Also leaving that there the difference between Katarina and AP-AD assassins right now(Build cost): normal AD assassin build: 15.800 gold normal AP assassins: 15.750-15.950 (if they need lichbane) gold Katarina normal build: 16.650 gold ( :^) ) normal AP build: 16.450 gold
