Allow us to disable our chat for X period of time

Since RIOT wants to allow trolls/afk/feeders to roam wild in this game.. but prefers to punish players who call such player out on their bullshit..

I propose you allow us to disable our chat completely

I am sick and tired of pleading with a jungler or teammate who refuses to communicate while your lane gets 3v2'd all game long

If riot is serious about cleaning up the community then players like the above will be banned at a higher rate than players who are getting frustrated with the quality of matchmaker and said games.
