Griefers never punished this game needs GMs

I'd gladly pay a monthly fee for this game to have some form of moderation for in game griefing, I am not talking about flaming or chat griefing

Isnt it ridiculous chat is considered more of a detriment to the game than someone(or premades) actively griefing a teammate or feeding intentionally?

Its just amazing that a game with such a massive following has such low tech countermeasures for dealing with players.. Maybe they should get rid of some of the artists and community managers and actually pay a competent programmer to implement something useful for this game other than a new championgasp /rant

Teemo's are the biggest greifers, and they just litter their mushrooms everywhere!! Don't even get me started on Zyra...

Players are banned for gameplay trolling. Usually those cases require a manual review/audit of the account in question though. Don't believe me? Well here is one such example of that happening. Yes it's just one example, but it proves that they do get punished.

I wouldn't say that chat is considered more of a detriment than griefing, it's just much easier to catch since it's right there. However, as Prandine said, griefing/trolling through gameplay is often times much harder to catch and prove as it can often be someone simply having a bad game. Riot really does not want to punish players for having a bad game, so they need to make sure that someone truly is trolling before punishing them.

These types of players do get punished, but it often requires multiple games of evidence before it happens. It can be unfortunate, but I believe it's better than Riot banning a whole bunch of innocent players for trolling when they really were having a bad game or two.
