It is called 'scripting'. It helps people perform perfectly with orb walking, kiting, dodging, skillshots, ability combos and other performance skill based tasks. Hope this solves it.

That Karthus missed maybe three Qs for the entire match, including predicting jumps from both Irelia and Kindred, there's no way anyone could have accomplished it otherwise.
