Hecarim's E

Hecarim's E feels very overpowered. if someone has the reaction timing/skill to interrupt it before it actually hits someone, while does it still go through? An example i can give is like Lee sin q: Is he gets hooked/cced before he gets there, he stops dead and the action failed, and the same situation should apply to hecarim in that if his e get interrupted it's damage and knockback shouldnt go through

That's a good question, not sure if they intended the actual follow through of the E to be uninterruptible. I've seen a Xin Zhao ult knock hecarim back, but Xin still goes flying, seen a Trist ult knock Hec back, but it went through. Maybe they should add clarification, at least, if it's intended.

Maybe it counting as a basic attack has a lot to do with it. I don't know for sure though.
