Bypassing the circle barrier at spawn

There's an issue at the game start where as people are loading in, you can sometimes pass into the circle before/as the barrier is coming into existence thus granting the player(s) that can spawn in the circle as this happens a distinct unfair advantage of picking whatever they want before the barrier can drop.
