My friend went into a game was unable to perform any actions. he was stuck in the middle of fountain. couldnt put ranks in abilities, couldnt buy, couldnt move. Nothing. he tried repairing his client and still didnt resolve the issue for the game. does he need to reinstall the client?
This is something that has been experienced by several other people, not sure how to fix it, I recommend just restarting the computer altogether, and perhaps avoiding Alt+Tab'ing out of the loading screen for the game (if hes doing that, Im not 100% sure if thats what causing this issue). All you can do really for now is wait for a solution, and be sure that your friend reports this to the main support page. You can get to it by clicking the button that looks like a bug on the bottom left corner of your League Client.
