Anyone who's played as or against this champ can tell you this rework has been a bad idea from day one. His new ult combined with the fact that you can't escape him once he has rylais means either his ult is basically press R to kill, or he will have to be nerfed to be so useless you can just 1v1 him. I recommend the second approach, toplane doesn't need more cancer.

Morde had a massive nerf the very week after his release as a Hotfix.....
