I get the whole reason of the change is because of his w, but what if you reduced damage to 50 or maybe left it at 55% and reduced onhits to 50-55% too?
The 5 attackspeed thing made him an actually fun adc and I'd love to keep it without it adding any power, just looks.
To access his full 5 Atk Speed power, he requires to juz stand still & attack, which erases the point of making himself kite while letting his team protect him.
That's part of the reason why he can abuse on hit items so well. He gets so much attack speed that he can instantly stack rageblade and do an extra 5 million magic damage per second with wits end
seeing how the point of the revert is to get rid of the 5.0 attack speed, I think the answer is no
