Stop picking jungle if you want to afk farm.
The roles point is to get laners ahead to have an easy win, not to farm for 30 minutes and pray you win. I've seen people who afk farm get outganked AND outfarmed by worse farmers and gankers...

there is a difference between AFK jungle farming and not being able to impact lanes and deiced to farm so they will hit power spikes and hopefully by then they can impact the lanes but i've learned that anyone who isn't a jungle main doesn't understand this
Or you could realize there's different types of junglers. And no, they shouldn't generally just be farming for 30 minutes, but almost no one does that unless they're bad in general, so your logic and argument are thus invalid. Also, no, their role is to assist the entire team and apply map pressure, not necessarily babysit the laners. The laners also have a responsibility to ward and play intelligently.
Well technically a jungler just has to do what they need to do to win the game, but i strongly doubt that afk farming is that answer.
Sometimes laners lack the understanding that junglers only should gank when they think they can significantly impact that lane without giving the enemy team a free dragon by doing so (like when the jungler died, when ganking top when dragon is up or taking too much damage that the enemy knows you had to back). And the jungler has to use his time effectively because he can't afford to fall behind on levels or his smite would be weaker than the enemy junglers smite. A jungler also should aim to never fall behind on levels compared to the supports in the match, preferably 1 level ahead on them.
there are plenty of times that if every lane is just straight up getting stomped the jg has no choice but to afk farm, or risk just dying to the top or mid in a 1v2 or 2v2, then they get flamed for that one death and become the reason you lost lane
