So after her poor performance at All-Stars can we please talk about Kat

For those of you who watched the All Stars event, Katarina got played by Kira in the mid lane during the assassin mode. Now I would understand if Kira doesn't play her too often, but he did completely awful. Personally I think it has a lot more to do with the champ than anything. I've played Kat numerous times since the preseason patch and she feels really weak imo. Clearly there is something wrong if Kat can't get super fed in a game mode where there is literally no cc cause everyone is playing assassins. Kat has been hard to balance over the years and it's been 2.5 years since her rework. I think it's time Riot takes a look at her again. I'm not asking for buffs, I'm just asking for some changes, something that will make her balanced and easier to balance in the future.
