....will be harder because her changed E will deal very little damage unless the enemy is poisoned. Also maybe her E will not be leveled up first anymore. With poisons its still possible but always risky to miss some cs. So on average she will get less gold from farming.

It will be easier to CS with the new Cassiopeia because her E is on a 1second cooldown without having to poison a target first.

Bobloser35551 votesI read on the pbe yesterday her E damage will be very low without poison can't remember the numbers but basically around an auto attack without ad items. So it will be harder to last hit with E.

Restless Slumber2 votesEach last hit with e will give mana back if you have a tear. Also the cd is .9 seconds without poisoning (don't have to q or w to farm a wave). It seems like it will be easier to be honest because of how smooth her e animation is compared to autos. Also, her e will be doing like 200 damage at max rank at the minimu right? Pretty sure she's better for farming now.
