Kindred is so weak..

The community has a history of being quite bad in estimating the strength of a champ who hasn't been out yet.

this post essentially means she will be broken tier on release. anytime this community says a champion is "weak" the opposite is almost always true.

Afer seeing her abilities and what they do...

Vayne is weak to untill she gets a couple items. ..? Kindred late game its like literally in her kit to be a late game monster

I wouldn't say shes weak. , w for harass, good clear and mobility from q, good single target damage from e, and of course if your successful in the early parts of the game with her passive, you get a good amount of damage going on your aa's. I mean idk her optimal build rn but if u think of her as an adc then you should be fine. Adcs have to play safe really, at least she can sit in a tryndamere ult with the rest of her team to even out the rengar ambush.
