Victor is broken? And Ryze? I never see them picked in low teirs like bronze or silver. So if your in these ranks just ban sej and ekko and katarina I would say.
Yea the list of OP shit to ban is too long now, things like Leona, Ahri or Riven also deservs a ban but theres not enough room..
