Silver elo hell exists but...
For all the Silver elo hell (yes it does exist) players out there, I've come here to say keep up the good fight.
I finally was promoted to gold not too long ago, and I have to say it's such a breathe of fresh air! Believe me, gold tier is everything a silver player thinks it is, which is much less tards and ragers who try to quit after they die once in lane. I do realize that all the higher elo players out there probably think gold is a bunch of noobs too, but to silver players, gold players are really refreshing.
Most silver players can't imagine a team that actually groups together and shows some coordination that resembles anything in the LCS, but I've seen it a lot in gold. I'm now at gold 2 and am in promos to be gold 1, and it's because progressing through gold has been so much easier than silver. Now when I win my lane, there's actually a good chance I'll carry the game because my teammates know how to work together.
So remember all silver players stuck in elo hell, there's light at the end of the tunnel and if you can claw your way out to gold, you might just find that you progress through gold much faster. As a tip, try to duo queue as much as possible. I'm a mid laner, and my brother likes to jungle, and the coordinated ganks that we can pull off is really what snowballed us to gold. If you look me up on lolking, you'll see how my elo spiked recently and it's because of duo queues with good jungle players.
Good luck!
