Any tips for beating tryndamere

I can't deal with this guy at all, any help is welcome, whether it be a suggestion for a counterpick, or a tip for laning, or how to deal with him if he starts proxying you, anything would be very helpful

Play a semi tank you can be aggressive with, Xin/Irelia/Gnar, or play teemo or someone that smashes hard like illaoi Edit1: Save ignite for a second or two after he ults

Play irelia and work on your kiting, yes I know he can chase and has that fun little slow but wasting just a couple seconds of his damage while he's trying to cheese with his ult is really helpful and irelia can keep away during his ult and then just jump on him

The safe way if you really feel you can't even lane vs him level 1 is to let him push the wave in and safely farm. Back before or at 6 and have armor when you come back, tabis are great. Play the lane safe and hopefully use your champion more effectively in teamfights where tryn could get CCd.

Play Garen into him. Simple, cheap champion to beat simple, cheap champion.

In the early levels, avoid extended battles with him. Q him and then back off over and over again for some solid harass. If he starts landing autos, just back off past your minion wave (so that if he keeps doing it, he'll tank minion aggro). As you level up, use Q to hit him and KITE HIM with your spins (try to keep him in the range of your spinning sword but just far enough so he can't auto you consistently). Do this to witter him down.

There's a bit of RNG so if it looks like he's critting you too much, feel free to back off and let your health come back through your healing passive. Also, if necessary, you can back early for a item 3082 and TP right back for massively improved trading potential.

At level 6 if he goes for an all-in and you want to fight him... try to predict when he will Ult. Q him right before (so he's silenced and can't ult), then Ult him to death.

Once you have item 3068 and item 3047 , he will have a VERY hard time killing you. I recommend just rushing all armor against him. If you gain a bit of a lead you can consider item 3071 .
