How do I become better again?

I ended in gold V last season, I havent played league for six months. I came back and I cant even seem to win 1 game with my mains. Twitch, Vayne and Lucian have just become so difficult to play. Is it just me that just sucks or am I missing something? Like these other adcs are hitting 100 cs in 10 minutes and they're backing every 2 minutes, I'm barely hitting 55-65 cs in 10 minutes. How can I go about getting my skill back? I cant even seem to beat silver 5s anymore.

No offense, but it is definitely just you. Lucian's as strong as ever, Vayne's actually stronger than she's been, and Twitch is pretty much unchanged.

Especially if CS is your problem, it's not the champions.

But do take both AD options for the stat runes.

These are all mechanical problems you've mentioned (last-hitting is too). Play normals while you're still rusty.

Also Gold/Silver players certainly aren't hitting 100 cs at 10 minutes, more like 80 at best.
