How to make sure you can carry?

Alright so i was nidalee jungle. I got a double kill early so i started getting ahead and pressuring every lane. I got to the point where i was 8/0 from traveling lane to lane, making sure they win. Then when im clearing jungle i ntice top starts to die a couple time not understanding what tryndamere's ult does, which cause him to give up about 2 towers top, bot lane starts to lose and constatly goes back there to die, no one groups to push a lane. From there, enemy team start snowballing, tryndamere keeps on backdooring and i cant do anything about it. Their comp wasnt really early game focus, it was a heavy teamfight comp, so even when team decided to group, it really made no difference. How can i extend my lead in a better way to stop things like that from happening?
