Ok so i started playing around october 2015 and I think i did fairly well in normals, but nothing too crazy. So here comes Season 6 and the placements matches were probably 10 of the worse matches i ever played. I managed to win my first game, lost about 2 or 3 cause of AFK or trolls, played pretty bad(not gonna blame my teammates) in 5 or 6 and I won the last one, which gives me a record of 2-8. The thing is they put me into Silver V, and from what i have read on other threads about this, i was supposed to get bronze or something. Is it cause i only played against guys with higher MMR or is it a S6 thing? Im just curious. Also share your S6 placements performence and results! ^_^ Edit: I ment Preseason 6

You are placed based on mmr not win loss.

Your earliest games are the most influential. So winning your first game put you ahead. It's really dumb, but that's how rito's system works. Basically imagine if you got carried in 2 more of those games. You would be ranked higher and I would have you on my team not having a clue what to do lol. It's a big problem in the game that isn't addressed.

In s6 placements i got 3-7 and i got silver 4, i thought i was gonna get bronze
