Is it time to update Cait's Ult?

So, Cait became a borderline troll pick after the Crit update. And while Crit needed nerfs, her passive basically got double nerfed because it scales with Crit. And her W and E scale with her passive....making her really underwhelming.

She needs buffs, and while I wouldn't be surprised to see them in a patch or two, I'd like to see an update of her ultimate. Namely let her ultimate ignore bonus armor. Tanks tend to just step in the way and it does nothing, making an high cooldown ultimate ability feel worse than an auto-attack.

Or update it in a different way, but do something about it. It really does feel like the least important part of her kit.
