I think there should be some way RP skins are accessible to all players with hardwork. It doesnt seem fair that just because you played the game later that you don't at least get a chance. ~Joes
What about all the champions that don't have legacy skins? The reward needs to be fair for everyone.
you mean teh brand new champions that dont have a legacy skin because there not even a full year old yet? yeah thats fair to say "well you cant do this because they cant have that" come on man....ether way riot wont do this. legacy is legacy hey make far more money surprise bundling them. or just keeping them legacy so people can feel really good that they have a skin you wont. thats the whole point of legacy content. you don't go back to games that you didn't pre-orer and go "hay i spent such and such amount of time on this game i think i should get the pre-order content for all my hard work.*
