Fizz

Now, before I get downvoted, this isn't a rant. I'm not asking Riot to remove or nerf Fizz, but I need help against him.

A couple of things about me: I main mid - I mostly play Syndra, Azir, Zed and have started on some Viktor, and if there is one champion I cant deal with, it is Fizz. Before level 6, I can basically just poke him out of lane since he pretty much has no kill pressure, but as soon as he hits 6, i feel like it doesn't even matter what i do; If he lands that fish, i will die.

Now normally when i get all-inned by someone like a Zed, i feel like i can dodge most of his damage from his Q's, but this fish just slows me and knocks me up and it is basically over once you get hit. But if i dodge it, i get 90 seconds space to breathe until it is up again. It feels so unfair and it really feels like playing russian roulette. You may survive one time, but it will eventually hit some time. And that time is the time i die (or waste flash).

What am i supposed to do? I really hate having to ban fizz every game, when i beat him in every other part of the game, but these level 6 all ins are just so annoying to deal with. What to do?
