Okay serious talk here, people were picking up Singed and seeing immense success like 3 games in. He had an 8% pickrate with and 56% winrate. That is ridiculously OP.
The Cho'gath statistic while true, is also false. The playrate? Under 0.75%. This means only the mains are doing such a thing and that is perfectly okay. The mains did the time, so they should be able to get away with the crime. Cho'gath oneshotting people isn't new at all. What is new is him doing it in the tank build, but even then he has to get 6.5K HP in order to one-shot while under stone-plate active.
Now Draven? That's just item abuse.
Draven's win rate isn't that impressive though, he is just a massive pain to play against but i don't think hes the only one.
And what's that about singed? O_O
I mean, what looks like selective treatment isn't good, but who would want to see some Veigar have the highest winrate.
