Intermediate bots aggression

Lately, when I play against bots, they are extremely aggressive and don't farm at all. When I top, this makes it extremely hard to farm because its usually 2v1. Its no good for practice at all on champs and anti-fun early until you just run them over at later levels where they seem to actually become less aggressive even when ahead of you in level.

Also, I think something is wrong with jarvan bot. Whenever I fought him near top inhibitor tower, he started trying to move away at low health, but just kind of moves back and forth in a really glitchy way as well as failing to use his q e combo.
