DFG removal to get rid of the AP nukes... Ahri vs Fizz? Riot, how do you contradict yourself?

So, DFG has been removed. Fine, there are many item options that i can put on Ahri to make up for it. I will have to change my playing style. FINE! Riot wants to get rid of the "tank burning" scenario. They want tanks to be tanks, and not be able to get nuked from 4000 to 0 health in click on a button through DFG. SO they remove DFG... but Ahri's E is still a mini DFG because it amplifies the damage to "THAT" champion by 20%. FINE, RIOT! FINE! I see the correlation between DFG and Ahri's E amplification.

BUT THEN YOU GO AND GIVE FIZZ THE SAAAME 20% AMPLIFICATION FOR HIS R?

Does that not register as "amplification", "MINI DFG". "MINI NUKE"

Contra-freakin-diction.

Stop licking FIzz's boots. This is sheer injustice and biased approach.

The same logic that took out Ahri's E damage amplification was IGNORED for Fizz's R buff.

WHY?

NOTE: I want good discussion, not Fizz lovers coming here and repeating "Cuz they can", "You are just butt hurt", "Fizz OP". If you can defeat me with logical answers then i will accept it.

Because DFG was removed since it warped the game; they had to balance AP champions and assassins around how much they did WITH DFG, thus making them weak without, or balance them as normal, and make them extremely overbearing with. In addition, the damage amp + nuke from the active was almost unavoidable (Zhonyas and a few others could), and when combined with any point and click damage or other amplifiers got rid of a lot of counterplay.

Due to this, Ahri (who was balanced around needing to land E + DFG to do damage, since before she could press DFG RWRR and kill someone) had her amp removed and bases + ratios buffed, and her Q movespeed added. As such, she is being pushed into a kitey mage role, and away from the assassin role.

Meanwhile, Fizz was doing rather large damage without landing his R with just WQ and maybe E, so they nerfed his Q and W and added a damage amp to his ult, forcing Fizz to successfully land it OR be able to outplay his opponents with Q+E multiple times.

Damage amplification by itself is fine. When it was on an item (DFG), it warped the game due to everyone having it. Otherwise, Ahri was being moved into kite mage and away from assassin; removing the damage amp weakens her assassin more. Fizz has always been and meant to be an assassin; as such, his assassinating power went up if he successfully lands everything, but his damage without R went down so there is more counterplay against him.

They removed 40% of Ahri's damage and didnt give her enough base damage or improve her ratios to cover this loss. Ahri has been Olaf'ed. Karma and Zilean do more damage than Ahri now.

What part of Fizz is literally beyond fucked do you not understand?

How? Easily. Why? Because people have already purchased Ahri's new skin.

Riot removed DFG because it promoted assassin like play even on mages, Riot has stated that is a problem.

Ahri has had her tweaks to push her more towards the mage class and away from the assassin class.

Fizz on the other hand, actually makes sense with a damage boost on his ult. It allows for the possibility of his other abilities to be toned down a bit while forcing him to be more reliant on his ult for longer instead of until he gets his Lich Bane. It gives him a slight window like Zed, if you can somehow avoid or counter that ult, then voila, you've just hit Fizz' damage HARD.
