Patch 4.19 Summoner Rift BUG SPOTTED

So, this might sound really really weird but i swear i am not lying.

I was playing Leona bot, the bus next to blue turret at bot was not warded. Both the bot champs were out in the lane. My adc was towards the jungle side. All of a sudden i see the enemy jungle go into the bush. I didn't catch full glimpse but i saw a purple health bar just skip by into fog of war. So i pinged my adc to watch out and typed in the chat box "3 bot!" And right when i hit enter and i look to top lane. There is the enemy jungle!! The enemy mid is in the mid lane and 2 bots are right next us. Then who the hell was in the bush? So i ignored it as an illusion..

NEXT

We are pushed to the bot turret. I think we scored a kill and now we are farming and then we are B-ing. While i am in the middle of backing, i see an enemy champ come out of the fog of war. For a visual perspective, both of us were standing in the middle of the bot lane. So there is a lot of room for an enemy champ to gank from behind towards the blue side (Go around the dragon and then come in from the entrance close to the turret.. you know). So i saw someone coming from there... I PROMISE YOU THAT I DID SEE A CHAMP! But when i cancelled B and walked towards the fog of war, there was no one there... There is no way that they jumped back in because the turret gives us vision to the back and i walked in right when i saw someone there so the vision was there.....

IDK man.... i was flippin out... And no i don't do drugs and wasn't drunk! I SAW IT!!!

I am not saying that the rift is haunted, i am just saying that there is some overlay of graphics.. Maybe the map is showing champs that are somewhere else because of some bug... IDK! But i know what i saw 2 or 3 times.
