Hey everyone. I was on champion.gg and i was wondering why most adc champions run thunder lords decree? I see a lot of adc champs run fervor of battle. Some champs like lucian run the decree but the majority of the champs with the highest win rate don't. Why is this? Thanks!
Fervor of battle got nerfed to hell and takes way too long to stack on ranged champions.
Riot screwed up with the keystones and simultaneously buffed Precision, as well as Thunderlord's Decree, then went on to nerf most of the other keystones.
Thunderlords is basically the strongest mastery in the game, unless you're a big time tank, or gangplank, in which case Grasp of the Undying is the better choice.
I actually don't see many people run any other mastery on any champions, the ones who do, typically do worse than people who did because the keystone is so strong.
Cause riot nerfed like everything in 1 patch and buffed precision. Thus its pretty much the best keystone rite now.
