Working at Riot?

Hey everyone. Ever since a couple years back i have wanted to work for Riot. I have seen a couple of videos about riots office and it looks cool. I am currently almost finished high school and hoping to move on to getting a bachelor in game management. Am i heading in the right path? What type of education is required to work at riot? I prefer if a retired riot employee would answer this next question so its a little less bias. What is is like working at riot? Did you enjoy all your time being there? If so what department did you work at? I am stuck between becoming apart of the character art team and a game designer for Riot. Is the salary more than average for your job? Is it a stressful job working there? Any other comments regarding working at Riot would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks!
