Any chance to edit rune pages in champ select?

Not sure if this has been addressed already but you can edit mastery pages or create a new one in champ select. There have been a few times where it would be nice to modify rune pages or create a new one all together, but doesn't seem like you can do it once you get to champ select. Is there a reason why or a way to do it that I am missing? It would be especially nice since you can pre-make 20 mastery pages but many people only have a handful of rune pages since they cost something. Maybe that is the reason you can't modify them in champ select, it would hurt sales??
